About Us
Made by Parents, for Parents.
AlchemyNow was born in our living room — which, if you've ever tried to get three kids from ages 7 to 16 to agree on a Sunday night movie, you'll understand is a battlefield of competing opinions.
I'm Martin Prihoda — producer, photographer, filmmaker, and a longtime practitioner of yoga and meditation. My wife Tonia is a prenatal yoga teacher, a grounding force, and the kind of mom who makes everything possible. Together we have three kids: Jai (16), Tao (12), and India-Rose (7).
A while ago, I started creating guided meditations specifically for them. Not generic content — real stuff tailored to where each of them were: sleepy-time stories for our youngest, more empowering and self-aware content for our teenager. What happened next surprised even us. Calmer evenings. Straighter shoulders. Kids actually asking for more. Ten minutes, a few times a week — and we could see the difference.
We knew we had something worth sharing.
But we also knew the parents needed it just as much. Overwhelmed moms. Anxiety-wired dads. We had both at home, so we built for them too.
AlchemyNow exists because we believe all the change and goodness we want to see in the world starts from within — and there's no more powerful place to plant that seed than in our children.
We're so glad you're here.
